Nepal faces massive Earthquake which killed over 3000 people including 22 climbers at Everest base camp

Nepal has been badly hit by an intense earthquake of magnitude 7.8. in the aftermath of this disaster we can see that it has left behind a trail of massive destruction. At least 3300 people have died and 6500 people have been injured, according to the National Emergency Operation Centre. the earthquake also triggered an avalanche that buried part of the base camp at Mount Everest. at least 22 people are known to be died at the base camp and more than 60 were injured. The rescue teams are trying to evacuate people from the base camp.
