Nima Jangmu Sherpa summits 3 eight-thousanders in a single season

Nepali woman climber Nima Jangmu Sherpa, summited Kangchenjunga (8586m) today in the morning, becoming the only Nepali woman in the world to summmit 3 eight-thousanders in a single season over a span of 25 days. Besides Kangchenjunga, Nima summited Lhotse (8516m) and Everest (8848m) on 29th April, 2018 and 14th May, 2018 respectively. She also became the first Nepali woman to summit Kangchenjunga. The news was confirmed by Mingma G. Sherpa, Managing Director of Imagine Treks and Gyanendra Srestha, Liaison Officer from Everest Base Camp.
