Shivangi Pathak becomes the youngest Indian woman to scale Everest from Nepal side

A 16-years-old woman, Shivangi Pathak, who summited Everest on 17th May, became the youngest Indian woman to scale Everest from Nepal side. In 2016, two Indian women, Stanzin Laskit and Pooja Mehra from "National Cadet Corps (NCC) Girls Everest Expedition 2016" team summited Everest from Nepal side on 22nd May and 21st May respectively both at the age of 18 according to Himalayan Database.
Poorna Malavath summited Everest from Tibet side on 25th May, 2014 at the age of 13. She remains the youngest Indian woman to scale Everest (considering all routes).
